Wavecom Appliance Testers include a conditional 3 year warranty.

This warranty applies for 12 months from the date of purchase, and will be extended an additional 12 months if your Tester is calibrated by Wavecom Pty. Ltd. within 12 months of the date of purchase (found on the rear cover of your Wavecom PAT tester manual). This can be extended a further 12 months (for a total of 36 months or 3 years) if you tester is calibrated a second time by Wavecom Pty. Ltd. within 12 months of the date of your first calibration.

The Manufacturer (Wavecom Instruments Pty. Ltd.) warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, the Manufacturer will repair (or at its option replace at no charge) the product that proves to be defective. This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse or mis-application or as a result of service or modification by anyone other than the Manufacturer of this tester.

The TnT & TnP Product Range of devices or its Manufacturer is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the breach of any express or implied warranty, including damage to property and to the extent permitted by law, damages for personal injury. The distributors of this product cannot assume liability or responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from the use of this device. The Manufacturer reserves the right to discontinue models, change specifications, price or designs at any time without notice or obligation. The extended additional 12 month warranty does not apply to lithium ion batteries, barcode scanners, or tablets supplied with Wavecom appliance testers.

In addition to the 3 year conditional warranty we take great pride in offering customer service and support to our users. We can provide assistance, troubleshooting and support over the phone, via Skype or Facetime, via email or in person to help you get the most from your Wavecom Portable Appliance Tester. Calibration & Repair Warranty

Wavecom provides a 3 month warranty on work we undertake, and the parts we replace, when calibrating or repairing items. This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, or mis-application.

In the event your item is returned to us under this warranty and we undertake additional repairs, your item will need to be calibrated again. This is mandatory, as repairs can affect the accuracy of readings of the item, which could lead to further issues. Any item returned under this warranty will incur a calibration fee, and your tester will be issued a new twelve month calibration certificate.
